We are proud to be recruiting a Behavioural Pastoral Manager (Scale 6)—a pivotal role at the centre of our Behaviour & Attitudes strategy, responsible for leading the daily operation of whole-school behaviour systems. This is an opportunity to shape the consistency, clarity and impact of sanctions across the school, ensuring that expectations are understood, upheld and delivered with precision. You will lead the implementation of key systems including detentions, isolation and suspensions, ensuring they are applied fairly, consistently and with absolute fidelity. Through strong organisation, high visibility and attention to detail, you will ensure that routines are seamless and that the school remains calm, orderly and purposeful throughout the day. Working closely with senior leaders, Heads of Year and pastoral teams, you will coordinate responses, support staff, and ensure that behaviour systems operate with clarity and confidence. You will play a critical role in maintaining standards and reinforcing a culture where every student is able to learn and succeed. This role requires a professional who is highly organised, resilient and calm under pressure, with the confidence to hold the line on expectations. You will be committed to fairness, consistency and high standards, and driven by a desire to make a tangible difference to the daily experience of students and staff.
