We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join our caring community and implement effective behaviour strategies across the school. Start Date: ASAP (following pre-employment checks) Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 31/08/2027) Working Hours: 27.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only) Working Pattern: 8:45am - 3:15pm Monday to Friday A Day in the Life: You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas: Implementing whole-school behaviour policies and procedures, providing direct support with managing challenging behaviour. Providing targeted interventions for pupils with behavioural difficulties, offering both one-to-one and small group support. Liaising with senior leaders, class teachers, and parents regarding pupil behaviour and progress. Promoting restorative approaches to conflict resolution while fostering pupils' personal and social growth. Supervising and supporting pupils who may be isolated from lessons, ensuring they safely complete the work provided by teaching staff. M
