This position is the vital link between our corridors and classrooms. Drawing on your background in education or working with young people, you will provide a visible, proactive presence across the school by patrolling key areas to uphold our high expectations and maintain a purposeful learning environment.
This role is about much more than supervision; we are looking for a specialist in resolution who can de escalate situations with the use restorative techniques to resolve issues on the spot. We are looking for someone to work closely with teaching staff and our Pastoral Team and who has the ability to get students back into lessons with a "ready to learn" mindset.
