As an Attendance Officer, you will be crucial in implementing whole-school strategies designed to improve attendance levels and actively reduce persistent absence. This role blends operational duties such as conducting home visits and late gate patrols with essential administrative support, requiring resilient engagement with students and parents to address attendance barriers.
