Attendance Co-ordinator

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint an Attendance Co-Ordinator to join our academy in October 2026 on a full time, permanent basis. Your new role As an Attendance Co-ordinator, you will secure the beneficial and regular attendance of all students of the Academy by supporting students and families, liaising and working closely with other agencies. Where necessary carrying out the statutory duty of legal action, when parents do not deliver their commitments under the academy home school agreement and when all efforts to help improve school attendance have failed to secure the child’s regular attendance. Salary: Grade E Points 9 to 13 (£27,254 to £29,064 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £23,545.53.
