Hours: 37.5 hours working hours 8am to 4pm (Term time + 3 weeks) (40 weeks)
Salary: £23,945 - £28,707, (actual salary) (£28,210 - £33,820 FTE)
We are pleased to invite applications for an Attendance and Pastoral Administrator at London Academy of Excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with attendance in Bromcom MIS, will have high quality administration skills and contribute to a highly effective Administrative and Pastoral Team who are passionate about their contribution to students at LAE.
Working with various stakeholders you will oversee the day-to-day management of student attendance and absence procedures, monitor attendance trends and provide high-quality data and reporting to inform pastoral decision-making. You will also build positive relationships with pupils and parents, supporting families where attendance concerns arise.
The academy is oversubscribed and due to take occupancy of new premises in Sept 2026.
