AISL Academy is looking for an experienced and motivated Education Programme Leader to join the AISL Academy Team and lead the development and delivery of the Leadership Programmes, and take an active part in the curation of the development of new learning pathways and course content for the Academy. Role Overview As Education Programme Leader, you will lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality professional learning programmes for educators and school leaders across AISL Harrow Schools. You will be responsible for strengthening the AA’s leadership development suite of programmes that includes: (i) Aspiring Heads Programme (AHP) (ii) NPQH (iii) IPCSL suite of courses (iv) NPQ suite of courses (v) Middle Leaders course (vi) Teacher leaders, middle leaders and senior leaders.
