We are seeking a reflective, experienced and dynamic Associate Director of Education (Futures) to join our central Education Team. This is a strategic Group-level role with responsibility for ensuring that students across the AISL Harrow Schools are equipped to access world-leading universities and pursue ambitious pathways beyond school. The role will have a particular focus on supporting the development and sustainable growth of the Senior Schools within our AISL China Schools. The successful candidate will lead and develop high-quality university preparation, careers education, curriculum pathways and supplementary examination preparation programmes. They will also work closely with school leaders to strengthen educational outcomes, establish effective data and evaluation systems, and ensure the successful implementation of the AISL Harrow Diploma. The strongest candidates will bring significant senior leadership experience within British and/or international education settings, together with a strong understanding of competitive university admissions and the academic pathways required to prepare students for future success.
