Role Overview:
The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve student outcomes through targeted interventions and personalised learning pathways. You will work closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure all learners achieve their full potential during this critical stage of their education.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching at Key Stage 3 & 4
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment practices for Key Stage 3 & 4
- Demonstrable success in raising student achievement through effective intervention strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, students, parents, and external partners
- Ability to analyse data rigorously to inform decision-making and track progress
- Leadership skills that inspire collaboration among teams focused on student support
