Teaching Qualification (desirable) Knowledge and understanding of the UK curriculum (desirable) Previous experience in an international school setting (desirable) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Skills, Attributes and Values We Are Looking For: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants who demonstrate: Professional Skills * A strong understanding of child development and how young children learn best through play, exploration and purposeful activity. * Ability to plan and deliver engaging, creative and well-structured lessons that promote curiosity, independence and a love of learning. * Skilled in creating a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. * Competence in assessing learning and using observations and data to inform planning and next steps. * Confident use of technology to enhance teaching, communication and learning outcomes. * Understanding of safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care within an international school setting.
