About this role
As Assistant
Psychologist, you will help shape our therapeutic provision by contributing
psychological insight to behaviour support, delivering targeted interventions,
and supporting the development of personalised programmes using the
Assess–Plan–Do–Review cycle. You’ll work directly with pupils, carry out
observations and assessments under supervision, and collaborate closely with
colleagues to promote SEMH progress, executive functioning and positive
engagement.
