We are currently seeking an Assistant Progress Leader (Non-Teaching) to join our pastoral team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students’ progress and wellbeing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Progress Leader to help monitor student development, encourage positive behaviour, and contribute to creating a safe and nurturing school community.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with students, parents, and staff
- Ability to build positive relationships with young people
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and reporting

The position is for 37 hours per week, term time only.
