About this role
We seek to appoint two highly motivated Assistant Progress Leaders with experience of working with young people to join our dedicated Pastoral Team.
The role will involve the successful applicant assisting and inspiring their pupils in their Key Stage, and a team of form tutors with accountability for the academic, social, and personal progress and attendance of all pupils in the Key Stage and promoting ‘Excellence in the Heart of the Community’. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in contributing to an effective learning environment and maximising learning opportunities for each individual pupil in their year group.

The Pastoral Team at Hillside is a very experienced team and a strength of the school. We have a whole school commitment to professional development as we believe that the development of staff is a key aspect in raising standards for our pupils. Contract/hours: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week, term-time only, 43.7 weeks per year.
