Assistant Principal - DP/CP Coordinator

Bloom World Academy is seeking creative and expert practitioners for the role of Assistant Principal - DP/CP Coordinator to join in Academic Year 2026/2027. The DP/CP Coordinator plays a central role in leading the strategic development, implementation, and quality assurance of the IB Diploma Programme and Career-related Programme. The role ensures high standards across teaching, learning, assessment, and student outcomes in Grades 11 and 12. The Coordinator oversees compliance with IB requirements, drives academic rigour, supports staff professional growth, and ensures students are fully prepared for examination success and post-16 pathways. As an Assistant Vice Principal, the postholder contributes to whole-school leadership, school improvement, and the sustained development of the Senior School. The Assistant Principal – DP/CP Coordinator holds a pivotal and highly holistic leadership role in the continued growth and development of Bloom World Academy. They lead both the academic and pastoral provision for students in Grades 11 and 12, ensuring that every learner is known, supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. The postholder oversees the strategic development and quality assurance of the IB Diploma and Career-related Programmes, promoting academic rigour, outstanding teaching and learning, student wellbeing, IB compliance and excellent outcomes. As the school expands in student numbers, facilities and curriculum provision, they will help shape the future direction of the Senior School, develop staff practice and prepare students for examinations, university, employment and life beyond school. As a key member of the leadership team, the postholder will work closely with colleagues across the Extended Leadership Team and contribute significantly to whole-school improvement and the sustained development of BWA.
