The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a calm, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment where every student feels safe, supported, and able to succeed. You will play a key role in shaping and driving a positive behaviour culture across the academy, ensuring high standards and strong relationships underpin all aspects of school life. With a commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing, you will lead and develop effective alternative provision pathways, enabling students to re-engage with learning and achieve their full potential.
