ASSISTANT PREMISES MANAGER Full time ALL YEAR ROUND - Salary: £32,907 plus, additional hours for alternate Saturdays Required to start 1st September 2026 - Roll: 969 St Michael’s Catholic College is a highly successful and inclusive school which offers exceptional opportunities for a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Premises Officer. The person appointed will ensure that the College site is well maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition as required and will undertake such tasks as may be necessary for effective site management and will be required to assist with the cleaning of the premises. The candidate must be extremely well organised, hardworking, resourceful and flexible with Health & Safety experience/awareness who is conscientious and committed with an outstanding record of attendance and punctuality and will report to the Principal and Premises Manager. The appointed candidate will be a key holder and will be responsible for opening the building at the start of the day plus there is an opportunity for additional hours on alternate Saturdays to cover Saturday school.
