About this role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Manager of Catering & Hospitality to support the Head of Catering & Hospitality with the day-to-day management, development and delivery of our Catering and Hospitality services across the School.
This is a hands-on, high-volume operational role, where you will help ensure exceptional food quality, customer service and presentation standards. You will coordinate catering and event services across multiple locations, supervise staff, maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations, and support the efficient delivery of services within budget.
To be successful, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, experience in catering or hospitality operations, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
