This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher and leader who is passionate about raising standards, developing staff and creating an inclusive environment where every young person can thrive. As Assistant Headteacher, you'll be instrumental in delivering the school's vision and ensuring the highest standards across teaching, learning, behaviour and pastoral care. You'll work collaboratively with staff, families and external professionals to provide exceptional educational outcomes for every pupil. You'll also lead whole-school assessment, using data intelligently to identify progress, celebrate success and implement targeted interventions that help every learner fulfil their potential. You Will: Supporting the Headteacher with the strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the school. Leading and modelling outstanding teaching and learning while maintaining a 70% teaching commitment. Driving school improvement through high expectations, effective curriculum leadership and evidence-informed practice. Leading the school's assessment strategy, analysing pupil progress and implementing targeted interventions. Developing, coaching and performance managing teachers and middle leaders to build an exceptional team.
