This role is particularly well suited to an experienced Head of Year or Middle Leader seeking their first step into senior leadership. Rhodes Wood Hospital School provides education for young people admitted to hospital with eating disorders. Our students are highly motivated and aspirational learners who are committed to achieving their full potential despite the challenges they face. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support our Inclusion Lead and Deputy SENCo in further refining systems and processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality pastoral support, ensuring that students are fully supported during their time in hospital.
