Rettendon Primary School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion), SENDCo and Class Teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our welcoming and ambitious village school community whilst helping shape the next stage of our improvement journey.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will lead inclusion across the school, champion the needs of pupils with SEND and other vulnerable learners, and play a strategic role in driving school improvement. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will maintain a strong classroom presence, delivering high-quality teaching and building meaningful relationships with children and families.
