Assistant Headteacher – Inclusion Lead
The Assistant Headteacher for Inclusion will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure all pupils in the Nerrols/Lyngford catchment, particularly those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), disadvantaged backgrounds, or additional needs, receive a high-quality, inclusive education.
The role will drive high quality, innovative inclusive practice across Nerrols and Lyngford Park, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities, improving outcomes, reducing exclusions, and promoting equity and wellbeing.
The Inclusion lead will uphold public trust in school leadership and maintain high standards of ethics, behaviour and professional conduct.
Location: Across Lyngford Park and Nerrols Primary Schools
Reporting to: Headteacher
Salary: L1 to L4
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
