About this role
We are seeking a qualified, passionate, creative, and committed Assistant Headteacher, to join our dedicated SEND provision.
The successful candidate will support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in providing strong, visionary leadership for a specialist SEN provision. The candidate will play a key strategic role in supporting the daily running of the primary site, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, safeguarding, staff wellbeing, and student development. This includes embedding a trauma-informed, inclusive ethos that meets the diverse needs of pupils with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.

The role is temporary to cover maternity leave - minimum of 6 months contract.
