What you will be doing As Assistant Headteacher, you will play a central role in driving our school vision forward. You will: Lead and champion high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development across the school. Drive pupil attainment, progress and achievement through effective use of data and quality assurance. Support the strategic leadership and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. Lead curriculum innovation, ensuring learning pathways meet the needs of all pupils and statutory requirements. Deliver and model outstanding classroom practice through a teaching commitment of up to 50%. Line manage, coach and develop teachers and middle leaders to maximise performance and professional growth. Lead staff training and professional development to embed best practice and continuous improvement. Build strong partnerships with parents, external agencies and the wider community while promoting a positive and aspirational school culture. What you will bring We're looking
