At Bradford Beacon School, we're looking for an exceptional Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour to join our founding leadership team. Working alongside the Headteacher, you'll help establish a school where children with autism and additional needs feel safe, understood and inspired to achieve more than they ever thought possible. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a calm, nurturing and ambitious culture where positive behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. From developing whole-school behaviour systems to coaching colleagues and supporting pupils to overcome barriers, you'll have the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy from day one.
