Job Responsibilities
Lead and enhance whole-school teaching and learning strategies (EYFS–KS5)
Oversee curriculum planning aligned with the National Curriculum for England
Monitor teaching quality through observations, coaching, and feedback
Lead assessment, data analysis, and progress tracking to inform instruction
Support professional development and instructional coaching for staff
Drive innovation in pedagogy and promote best practices across departments
Contribute to school improvement planning and inspection readiness (KHDA/DSIB)
Foster a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / B.Ed. or equivalent)
Proven middle/senior leadership experience in a British curriculum school
Strong expertise in curriculum design, assessment, and pedagogy
Experience leading whole-school teaching and learning initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of the KHDA inspection framework is desirable
