Role: Assistant Head of Year Location: North Chadderton School, Chadderton Hall Road, Chadderton, Oldham, OL9 0BN Hours: 36 hours 40 minutes, Term Time only + 1 day Salary: Grade 5 (SCP 18-23) Actual Salary: £26,004 - £28,393 Employment type: Permanent Start Date: 1st September 2026 We are looking to appoint an Assistant Head of Year to join our supportive pastoral team. This is a pastoral role, where you will assist the Head of Year to ensure significant academic progress and excellent behaviour of students across a year group. To succeed in this role, you will be able to inspire and motivate students to excel in their education and have high expectations to what students can achieve.
