Assistant Head of Education
Reports to: Head of Education
Location: Hybrid - Offices in Leamington Spa
Contract: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Working Pattern: 41 weeks per year (39 weeks during term time plus 2 weeks worked during school holidays)
Hours: 15 hours per week, worked flexibly across the week in agreement with the Head of Education.
Salary: £18,500 per annum
(Band E, Middle Leadership. Equivalent to approximately £46,250 Full Time Equivalent.)
Annual Leave: 106.5 hours per annum, to be taken during school holidays.
(Full time equivalent 45 days a year)

Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Head of Education, the Assistant Head of Education will provide operational and professional leadership across Bright Outcomes' educational provision.
The postholder will lead the coordination of educational systems, learner planning, curriculum documentation, quality assurance, examinations, compliance and educational operations, ensuring every learner receives a high-quality, personalised educational experience.
