About this role
Job Purpose
As Assistant Director of the Outreach team, you will join the overseas promotion and business expansion for AST programme and other products. Working closely with the Directors, you will formulate and implement strategic initiatives to raise AST’s brand awareness and increase its adoption among overseas educational institutions. You will develop diverse international partnerships to drive the overall growth of Ambright’s global outreach business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic promotion plans for the AST programme targeting priority overseas markets.
Establish and sustain partnerships with universities, primary and secondary schools, and other educational institutions to facilitate the rollout and adoption of AST.
Organise and participate in international conferences, online webinars and education expos, representing Ambright to showcase the AST programme.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised promotional materials and outreach resources for overseas stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and gather stakeholder feedback to support the continuous optimisation of the AST programme and its promotion strategies.
Report on outreach campaigns, partnership projects and relevant performance metrics to senior leadership.
Promote other education products as needed.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree or above in International Relations, Education, Marketing or related disciplines; Master’s degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international education, marketing or business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English proficiency.
Strong organisational, coordination and project management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multicultural environments.
Willingness to undertake international business travel as required by the role.
