About this role
We are seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to
support our kitchen team. You will help prepare fresh, healthy meals, manage
daily kitchen operations, and lead the team in the Catering Manager's absence. An enhanced DBS will be required to be in
place prior to the start of employment.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in
a busy kitchen or school catering environment.
Level 2 Food Hygiene
Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
