Pay Scale: ME5 Point 5-7
Salary: £29,436 to £30,288 (full-time) / £14,628 to £15,051 (actual)
Contract: Permanent, Part-time 20 hours per week (hours to be worked over 4-5 days) x 39 weeks per year (Term-Time)
Responsible to: Head of Art

Job Description
We are looking for a resourceful person with good communication skills and a willingness to support student learning in the Art Department.
You must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with academic staff and students with a commitment to maintaining safe working practice.
This position does require a degree of physical effort e.g. working on large displays etc.
Specific Duties
• Maintaining and preparing classrooms prior to lessons and planning and scheduling the use of equipment and teaching aids.
• Assisting Art Teachers and students with specific projects such as working on large displays, papier mâché work, creating masks and examination support.
