Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join our secondary team in August 2026. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Art lessons, inspiring students to develop their creativity, technical skills, and artistic expression. The role requires a teacher with a strong understanding of the British curriculum, who can create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment with high expectations for all learners. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver high-quality Art lessons aligned with the British curriculum Develop engaging and creative learning experiences that encourage self-expression and critical thinking Support students in building strong practical and theoretical art skills Assess, record, and report on student progress in line with UK assessment practices Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners Create a positive and well-managed studio/classroom environment Contribute to art exhibitions, school events, and extra-curricular activities Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching standards Communicate effectively with parents and the wider school community Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art & Design, or a related field PGCE / PGDE with QTS (or equivalent UK-recognised tea
