About this role
“To be an artist is to believe in life.”
(Henry Spencer Moore)
We are looking to recruit a part-time teacher of art for a September start.
Winterton Community Academy is a small school with a big heart. With a strong, caring ethos, we value relationships and are proud of our pupils who are our greatest asset.
Our mission is to ensure that all pupils are safe, happy and successful and also, our staff too!
You must be a highly engaging, enthusiastic teacher with a love of your subject and a commitment to be the best teacher that you can be. In return, you will be supported to work within a small but experienced team within the art department and you will be joining a thriving school where staff are proud to belong.
You will have high standards, for yourself and your students and you will believe that every child can succeed.
Situated in a rural setting but within easy reach of the M180 and the Humber Bridge, you will be joining the school at the heart of its community.
Our pupils are engaging, intelligent and receptive and our staff are supportive, generous and welcoming.
Our outcomes are good and we firmly believe that they can be outstanding.
Please contact the school for a further conversation or to arrange a visit. We’d love to meet you.
Best wishes,
Mr Rowlands
