This is an exciting opportunity to shape the next chapter of our school's journey by delivering engaging, personalised art lessons that encourage imagination, confidence, and self-expression. Working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, you will create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every learner can explore their creativity, develop practical artistic skills, and celebrate their individual achievements. You will work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure that pupils' learning, wellbeing, and personal development remain at the heart of everything we do. What you will be doing Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and personalised art lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, independence, and self-expression. Adapt teaching strategies and artistic activities to support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and creative development. Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, therapists, and families to ensure positive outcomes for every learner. Celebrate pupils' achievements through the display of artwork, creative projects, exhibitions, and enrichment activities that promote pride and confidence.
