The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver our Level 3 CIPD HR Support Apprenticeship programme, with the opportunity to develop and deliver the Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship as the provision grows.
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at the start of a new journey, helping to build a high-quality, employer-led HR apprenticeship programme that supports learners to develop successful careers in people management. Working closely with employers, apprentices and colleagues across the College, you will play a key role in shaping and developing this new area of provision.
As Apprenticeship Trainer, you will deliver engaging teaching, coaching and assessment that enables apprentices to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the apprenticeship standard while achieving their CIPD qualification. You will guide apprentices from induction through to End Point Assessment, supporting them to achieve their full potential while ensuring an excellent learner and employer experience.
You will also build strong partnerships with employers, ensuring programmes remain responsive to workforce needs and are delivered in line with apprenticeship funding and quality requirements.
