Fawkham Family After School Club Care Assistant KSA 

We are seeking experienced and reliable staff to work After School Club provision at Fawkham Church of England Primary School.

The successful candidate will possess the skills and knowledge to create a safe and welcoming environment and deliver an efficient service.  The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working with children, is patient and kind.

The hours of the post are 15 hours per week, term time only from 3pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.

There is also the option of morning work from 7:30am to 8:45am for the right candidate.

Responsibilities of the role to include:

• Day to day management of the school’s wraparound provision.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment.
• Support a range of play and learning activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Engage positively with children, encouraging social skills, confidence, and independence.
• Assist pupils with additional needs.
