Admissions Specialist

Position Title: Admissions and Alumni Specialist Department: Admissions Reports to: Head of Admissions and Marketing Position SummaryThe Admissions and Alumni Specialist is responsible for supporting the full admissions cycle from Early Years Program (Quito and Valley) through second grade, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for prospective and current families. This role includes handling enquiries, managing the application process, coordinating placement and services, and maintaining accurate student information across platforms. Key Responsibilities AdmissionsSupport the Admissions Enrollment Plan by managing the relationships with families through the full admissions process, from enquiry to enrollment, and support of students and families through onboarding and throughout their educational experience at Academia Cotopaxi. Develop and execute strategies for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the school community by defining the family and student journey, process mapping, and deployment of those admissions-based initiatives. Ensure an excellent customer experience by proactively addressing community needs, maintaining a culture of service, and consistently gathering feedback to improve interactions. Become an expert in OpenApply and manage applications and processes through the system with ease and expertise, holding strong attention to detail and ensuring our enrollment database is up-to-date and accurate at all times.Keep data up to date and track KPI indicators that reflect the admissions strategy. Manage information in an accurate way to have clear communication with different stakeholders. AlumniSupport the Alumni Association as primary contact in order to expand membership and develop events to assure ongoing interest and viability. Collaborative EngagementWork collaboratively with the Marketing and Admissions team to plan meaningful and engaging experiences for prospective, current, and graduating families
