Admissions Officer
We are seeking a professional, organised, and approachable Admissions Officer to join our team. Working closely with the Admissions Manager, school leaders, and the Marketing team, you will ensure a first-class experience for prospective familes, from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
The role involves building strong relationships with families, coordinating admissions assessments and events, maintaining accurate records and reporting through the CRM system, and supporting activities that promote the school and drive pupil recruitment. You will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual with admissions experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and helping families throughout their admissions journey.
Hours of work: Part-time, 4 days per week
Term-time plus 4 weeks (the 4 weeks will include the first week of summer break, last week before start of Michaelmas Term, 1 week in the Easter break and 1 week in October half-term)
