Working alongside our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional admissions experience for prospective families while delivering innovative marketing initiatives that promote our schools and strengthen our reputation within the local community.
As part of our ambitious Transformation Plan, we are investing significantly in admissions, marketing and community engagement to increase pupil numbers and further enhance our outstanding educational provision. Key Responsibilities
Admissions
Manage all admissions enquiries from first contact through to enrolment.
Coordinate school tours and admissions interviews.
Prepare admissions documentation and offer letters.
Maintain accurate admissions records.
Manage the admissions CRM and enquiry pipeline.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience for prospective families.
Marketing
Update and maintain the school website.
Coordinate social media platforms.
Produce newsletters and marketing communications.
Create engaging promotional content.
Support photography and videography projects.
Promote pupil achievements and school successes.
Maintain the school's brand identity.
Events
Organise Open Days.
Coordinate taster sessions.
Support community engagement events.
Attend school fairs and promotional events.
Develop relationships with local primary schools and community organisations.
Reporting
Produce admissions and marketing reports.
Monitor enquiry conversion rates.
Track admissions KPIs.
Maintain accurate CRM data.
