We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and confident professional to join our busy and welcoming Admissions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a personable individual with strong organisational and administrative skills and excellent attention to detail. Applicants would ideally have previous experience in a customer-facing environment, together with strong IT and database skills, and preferably use of CRM systems. They should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues across the School. A strong commitment to customer service will ensure that the successful candidate plays an invaluable role in delivering a warm, efficient and professional experience to prospective families throughout their admissions journey.
Previous experience within an independent school is not essential; however, applicants should be aligned with the School’s values and aims, and demonstrate an understanding of the importance of professionalism, discretion and relationship-building within a school environment.
Purpose
The Admissions Marketing and Communications Assistant provides administrative and communications support to the Admissions Office, ensuring that prospective families receive a friendly, professional and efficient admissions service throughout their admissions journey.
The role supports the operational delivery of admissions processes, events and communications, while assisting with the preparation and development of materials that present the school effectively to prospective families. As a key representative of the face of this leading independent school, a welcoming, professional and polished outlook and appearance is expected.
