Maida Vale School is seeking an experienced and highly organised Admissions Manager (Data & Strategy) to lead and develop the School's admissions function. This is a key role, combining exceptional family engagement with a strong focus on admissions strategy, data and insight. The successful candidate will oversee the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, working closely with the Headteacher, senior leaders and marketing colleagues to drive pupil recruitment, monitor conversion, analyse trends and support strategic planning. We are looking for an analytical, proactive and personable admissions professional with excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for prospective families.
