At Octavia House Schools, we have a passionate team delivering high-quality trauma-centred therapeutic education, supporting and building relationships with pupils who have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other associated special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We are pleased to announce that we are now advertising for an Administrator to join the team at our new site in Maidstone, starting in November 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping one of our schools We are looking to appoint an experienced colleague to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting our pupils with SEMH needs, across KS1 to KS3. Although we are a specialist setting, we proactively welcome applications from experienced mainstream colleagues, from varying disciplines, who would like to extend their skill base. You will be supported by leaders at OHS with delivery and ongoing professional development, ensuring you are well equipped to meet the needs of our pupils. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the OHS curriculum Creating and maintaining a well-managed, calm, secure and happy classroom where priority is given to the quality of the learning environment.
