About this role
We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional colleague to provide Administrational Support and to help maintain a safe and welcoming school environment.
This role is for 16 hours per week.
The role involves managing enquiries, supporting attendance and general administrative tasks, following safeguarding and site security procedures. You may also be asked to support our reception teams in busy periods.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a calm and caring manner, confidence using IT systems and an understanding of safeguarding. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and the post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
