Activities Administrator

Salary: £17,524 (£26,440 FTE) Permanent Part-time, term-time only plus 5 days Start date: September 2026 Sir William Perkins’s School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Activities Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) programme and the wider co-curricular provision. This role involves managing student data, coordinating expedition logistics, and maintaining accurate participation records for sports clubs and enrichment events. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external partners, and provide support with compliance administration for volunteers, coaches, and external contractors.
