Academy Counsellor

22.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year We are looking to appoint an Academy Counsellor at Yewlands Academy. The Academy Counsellor will work closely with the Inclusion Team and pastoral leads to provide a professional and confidential counselling service for young people within the school to contribute to the promotion of good emotional health and wellbeing. They will develop a range of therapeutic interventions to encourage confidence, independence, reflection and resilience in young people, whilst supporting them with their concerns.
