6th Form Academic Mentor

APT&C Scale 4, Point 9 £26,235 (actual) 36 hours (between 8am-4pm with 45 minute break), Term Time only, Monday to Friday Permanent contract (subject to 5 month probationary period) Carshalton Boys Sports College (CBSC) is in search of passionate and inspirational staff to join us. We are looking for someone to support students and staff within the 6th form team, whilst contributing to the development of students both academically and pastorally. The successful candidate will be a natural relationship-builder, able to connect with and inspire young people however, this warmth must be matched with a firm hand; someone who is not afraid to set clear expectations, hold students to account, and manage behaviour with consistency and confidence. This is a key role in a busy part of the school, therefore the successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team, as well as on their own.
