The core purpose of the role is: To support the Head of Mathematics in ensuring the highest standards of pupil achievement within Mathematics in all key stages, including KS5. To lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of all the teachers of Mathematics, evaluating the quality of teaching and securing and sustaining effective teaching of the subject. This is an excellent opportunity to become a leader in Mathematics, teaching to Key Stage 5, which will help shape the direction of this highly successful department to even greater accomplishments. This role is excellent for those aspiring to be a future Head of Mathematics or senior leader.
