The position will report into the 'School Operations & Support Services Manager' and work as part of the school Physical Education department to support the development of the department and the pool safety culture within the school. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a member of the Operations team, directly supporting the Physical Education department, the role will be fully responsible to effectively lead all safety operations poolside. Working with the Operations team, the role will ensure the school complies with all Aldar Education Policy, procedures, HSE, Audit and Regulatory directives within daily school operations. . Maintain full supervision of the swimming pool and its users from the designated positions in the PSOP. . Ensuring pools checks are completed and recorded before and after the lessons where applicable and liaising with maintenance teams where corrective action needs to be made. .
