About this role
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, passionate, and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated Prep School, supporting a pupil in Upper Prep on a 1:1 basis, Wednesday - Friday. Experience of working with children who have social and emotional support needs is essential.
As part of your role, you will work as part of the Learning Support Team under the direction of the Head of Learning Support and the Head of Upper Prep. You will provide in-class and 1:1 support for a pupil with social and emotional regulation needs. The successful candidate will prepare materials as necessary under the direction of the class teacher and follow recommendations from the Head of Learning Support whilst maintaining pupil target sheets.

Contract/hours: Fixed-term contract from September 2026 to July 2027 | Part-time, working Wednesday to Friday, 8.15 am–4.15 pm, with contracted hours of 20.5–22.5 per week.
