Kat is #TechWomen100 award winner, a community engagement manager and the editor of R.I.S.E magazine and a podcast host. She is passionate about DEIB so is a member of the Global Equality Collective; and is also driven to help close the gender gap in the STEM industry (particularly technology) so she is an InnovateHer ambassador and a Technocamps Girls in STEM role model. Kat thrives on helping others professional and personal development which she does as the Chair of the BESA Women's Educational Suppliers Network and a TechUp Women mentor. Formerly a primary school teacher, education will always be very close to Kat's heart.
