I’m the Director of Education at a primary multi-academy trust in the South East of England. I’ve worked in education for 30 years, including more than 18 years in senior leadership. My expertise spans strategic school improvement, inclusive practice, and digital innovation. I lead on the purposeful use of AI and PedTech to reduce workload, strengthen teaching, and meet the diverse needs of learners. This includes the strategic integration of AI not only in classroom practice, but also across operational functions to drive efficiency and support change management. I’m a passionate advocate for Universal Design for Learning (UDL), championing inclusive, future-focused approaches that empower both pupils and staff. Our Trust’s work in AI and digital transformation has gained national recognition, and I regularly share our journey through conferences, research networks, and sector-wide collaborations.
